Minimal data, clear use.

Who we are. Celestial Atlas ("we", "us") operates this website. For any privacy question or request, contact us at hello@xunhk.com.

What we collect. When you request a report, we collect the email address you enter, an optional name, the tool you used, and basic request metadata (timestamp, IP address) needed to operate and secure the service. We collect nothing else — no accounts, no tracking profiles.

Why we collect it (legal basis). We process your email to deliver the report you asked for and — only with your explicit consent, given via the checkbox on the form — to send occasional updates. The metadata is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(f)).

What we never do. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. We do not send you marketing email unless you checked the consent box.

Storage & location. Data is stored in a database on servers located in Singapore. If you access this site from the EU/EEA or the UK, note that your data is transferred to and stored in Singapore; we keep the transfer minimal (only the fields listed above) and protect it with transport encryption (HTTPS) and access controls.

Retention. We keep lead records only as long as needed to deliver your report and maintain the service. You can request deletion at any time (see below); we action deletion requests within 30 days.

Your rights. Wherever you live, you may request: access to your data, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent — by emailing hello@xunhk.com. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. If you are a California resident, we do not "sell" or "share" personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.

Usage measurement. We measure site usage with our own first-party, cookie-free counter: page views and which tools are used. Your IP address is never stored — only a one-way hash that rotates every day, so it cannot identify you across days and cannot be reversed. We also record an approximate country (derived at the network edge by our CDN) and a coarse device and browser family (desktop, mobile or tablet; Chrome, Safari, Firefox and so on). We never store your exact IP address, city, or precise location, and we do not use fingerprinting. The data stays on our Singapore server and is never shared with advertising or analytics companies.

Cookies. We use no advertising or analytics cookies. A session cookie may be set only when you sign in to the site owner’s admin area — regular visitors receive no cookies.

Scope of service. All tools and reports are provided for personal reflection, planning, and entertainment purposes only. They are not a prediction, not a promise of outcomes, and not medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice.
